Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA notice to us through our Contact page with the subject line "DMCA Notice."

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user responsible for uploading the material.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located

5. Repeat Infringers

Mondoshare reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights of Mondoshare or others.

6. User Responsibility

Users of Mondoshare are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights to upload and share any content through our service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the content or have obtained all necessary permissions
  • The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Fair Use
